Program Manager and Personal Trainer

Egle competed in track and field at University of Wisconsin-Madison and ran professionally for her national country Lithuania, including her time during the 2012 Olympics. Her expertise and experience in working with clients of all ages and fitness levels will ultimately help you enhance the skills to live a healthy lifestyle and achieve your fitness goals.

Corinne Smith - Registered Dietitian

Registered Dietitian

Corinne received her BS in nutrition and dietetics from Miami University and completed a combined master's in nutritional science and dietetic internship at California State University, Long Beach. As a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist, Corinne believes that food nourishes our body as well as our mind and soul, and that having a positive relationship with food will improve our overall health and happiness. Corinne is excited to help others fall back in love with food and have fun prioritizing their well-being.

Lauren Gremizzi - Assistant Program Manager

Assistant Program Manager

Lauren competed on the women's swimming team for the University of Nevada at Las Vegas where she earned her Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology. With a Master's in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and vast experience coaching all levels of fitness and sport performance, she can help you tap into your full potential to reach your personal health and performance goals. In her own time, Lauren loves to mix things up with various types of training such as yoga, CrossFit, swimming, strength, and conditioning.
